The Talent and Development Partner based in our Gaithersburg, MD location is part of the team that delivers strategy and intervention to support the culture and develop the employees of MedImmune.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are responsible for supporting the development of systems and strategies that help develop employees, including program design, delivery, vendor relationships and management, content curation, and needs analysis. The Talent and Development Partner is a key thought partner to the development functions of MedImmune, Human Resources, Engagement and Communications.
Collaborate with HR and manager to assess needs and implement an appropriate strategy to address opportunities for development.
Collaborate with HR and manager in the talent management cycle and process to support succession and career management priorities.
Manage the activities involved in the delivery of assessments and development programs that support strategic priorities of development.
Manage programs including but not limited to design input, facilitation, and measurement of learning and development program effectiveness.
Manage external program partners to deliver professional development curriculum.
Drive communications and change management related to development programs for MedImmune audiences.
Other duties as assigned related to development, culture and talent
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in talent and development or HR Business Partner experience supporting engagement, talent management cycle, learning and development programs.
BS degree required
Ability to work strategically and tactically
Experience with program design and implementation
Experience delivering end-to-end talent process and analytics
Proven experience collaborating across a matrix and delivering to multiple stakeholders
Ability to flex style to audience
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
Proven project management skills supporting organization wide initiatives
Strong written and verbal communications required
Experience with SABA LMS preferred
Experience in Science/Research organization preferred
